A sneak peek at our findings

Here are just a few of the insights our survey results revealed.

Technology and inclusion – employers are using benefits technology more strategically to streamline administration and deliver more personalised communications and benefits.

Economic pressures – rising employer National Insurance contributions and broader financial challenges are shaping benefits decisions.

Healthcare – private medical cover is growing in importance as NHS pressures increase, prompting more employers to expand their health and wellbeing offering, and the enhancement of added-value benefits.

Wellbeing – financial wellbeing of employees is increasingly becoming more significant within organisational well-being strategies.

Pensions and salary exchange – more employers are adopting salary exchange for pensions, though few have clear insight into employee retirement outcomes.
