We are delighted that, for the second year in a row, Broadstone has been voted as the top
third-party administrator of the year in the 2023 Professional Pensions Administration
Survey (for the full results the link is here).
Professional Pensions surveyed the clients of third-party administrators (TPAs) with an
assessment across the areas of customer service reliability, accuracy and value for money.
We were delighted to have been voted as the best administrator last year, and to come
out on top again this year is testament to the relentless hard-work and customer service
of our team – particularly during an incredibly busy period in the administration space.
Awards like this mean a lot more to us because they are based on the views and
perspectives of the people that really matter to us – our clients. We are grateful for their
continuing support, and our collaborative approach helps to build these long lasting,
mutually beneficial relationships.
There is now a much greater awareness of the importance of a good administrator. We
are the direct link to members to help them understand their options and provide
friendly support in difficult times, and we support trustees to navigate major projects like
GMP equalisation, Pensions Dashboard and de-risking transactions.
At Broadstone, we have achieved this by leveraging expertise and experience from across
the Group and across our wide breadth of offices to deliver consistent, best practise for
our clients, and have invested significantly in our technology to give members and
schemes the best possible experience.
The job isn’t done, and we know we will always have new areas to develop and improve.
However, receiving this recognition from those that use our services means a lot to the
administration teams we have up and down the country.
Thank you to those that have taken the time to respond to the survey.
