About this evaluation tool
The aim of our Barometer (DC Pension) is to provide you with a high-level overview of what you might want to think about as you strive to achieve good member outcomes, for your pension scheme members.
In doing so, we will:
- Offer up practical tips and suggestions for you to consider.
- Provide benchmarking commentary based on the results from our latest employee benefits survey.
- Deliver a customised written report to include a RAG (red, amber, green) status – helping you to identify priority actions.
Once completed, your results will be available in a written report. We’ll set up a no cost call to walk you through this. The user-friendly report will then be emailed to you, including our thoughts and observations. It will also outline what you might want to consider next.
