Following the announcement of the acquisition of Rockstead on 3 March 2026, Broadstone has announced that Rockstead will formally change its trading name to Broadstone Lending Advisory Services.
The name change reflects the integration of Rockstead’s specialist lender advisory expertise within the wider Broadstone business, bringing together complementary capabilities across governance, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, due diligence and lending operations under a single brand.
Broadstone Lending Advisory Services forms a key pillar in Broadstone’s Banking & Credit Advisory division and will to continue to provide the same specialist services to lenders, funders and investors, while benefiting from the broader expertise, scale and resources available across the Broadstone Group.
